Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the overall business operations, strategic growth, and corporate direction of the company.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s healthcare training, consulting, and international education services.
- Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare institutions, universities, professional bodies, and industry stakeholders locally and internationally.
- Oversee the development and delivery of professional training programs, workshops, certifications, and consulting services for healthcare professionals, managers, and scientists.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence across Singapore and overseas markets.
- Manage the company’s financial performance, budgeting, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all business activities comply with applicable Singapore regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead and supervise the management team and employees to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of organizational objectives.
- Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, networking events, and collaborations with external stakeholders.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, advancements in medical education, and market developments to support strategic planning and innovation.
- Review and approve key operational matters, business proposals, service agreements, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, training providers, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business performance reports and strategic updates to shareholders and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of leadership or senior management experience, preferably within healthcare, education, consulting, or professional training industries.
- Strong business development, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing international partnerships and professional training programs is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
