- Oversea daily business operations.

- Training low level staffs.

- Ensure all outlets are fully stocked up and operational ready.
- Evaluating performance & productivity

- Experience in customer relationship management.

- Planning & implementing sales strategies.

- Creative and able to lead & motivate the sales team & staffs.
- Respond appropriately to operational issues, staff shortages & any emergency situations.
- Able to perform other duties assigned by the management.
