- Supervise the work of accounting officers and assistants in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Review journal entries, accounting records, and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff to ensure high-quality output and team development.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide financial data to support business operations.
