About the role

Femme Fatale is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused partner in business to join our dynamic retail team in Orchard Central Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the success of our fashion retail business.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection and purchases

Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Contribute to creating a positive and engaging in-store experience

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
