Job Summary

You will perform financial due diligence on target companies to support M&A transactions, applying your expertise to deliver accurate, insightful analysis that informs client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on target companies to identify risks and opportunities in M&A transactions
• Apply knowledge of M&A processes to evaluate financial statements and business operations for client advisory
• Deliver clear, concise verbal and written communication of due diligence findings to stakeholders
• Work independently to manage assignments, demonstrating self-drive and accountability
• Leverage experience from previous assignments, including those involving listed companies, to enhance analysis quality
• Identify, pursue and develop business opportunities for business valuation & other assignments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) qualification
• Membership in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)
• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 accounting firms
