What You’ll Do

Support the development and drive the execution of talent management strategies aligned with business priorities

Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical roles and build sustainable talent pipelines

Lead talent reviews and support succession planning to identify and develop high-potential talent

Design and implement leadership development programmes anchored on Singtel’s SCORE framework

Drive initiatives to enhance talent engagement, retention, and belonging

Enable career mobility and development opportunities across the organisation

Support early talent programmes and employer branding initiatives

Leverage data, analytics, and AI to generate talent insights and support decision-making

Support DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing culture

Lead and contribute to key talent management projects

 What We’re Looking For

Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation

Experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy

Strong strategic thinking with execution capability

Confidence partnering and influencing senior stakeholders

Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights

Interest in AI and innovative talent practices

Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach

Passion for people development and building inclusive workplaces
