We are looking for a Learning Solutionist to drive AI and digital capability across the organisation.
In this role, you play a critical role in design and deliver practical, business-focused learning solutions that translate complex technology into real workplace impact. You will work closely with business leaders, partners, and learners across all levels to enable AI adoption, innovation, and performance improvement.

What You’ll Do
Ø Analyse and Identify Learning Needs:
Partner with business leaders to identify current and emerging AI and digital capability gaps, then translate them into targeted learning solutions that improve adoption and on-the-job performance.
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI and digital learning programmes, transforming complex concepts into practical, business-relevant experiences for diverse audiences across the organisation.
Ø Curriculum and Content Development
Develop AI and technology learning curricula and content, partnering with experts to create practical, use-case driven programmes aligned to workplace application and performance improvement.
Ø Programme Evaluation
Evaluate AI and technology learning programmes with a focus on workplace impact and behavioural change, using insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness and outcomes.
Ø Partnerships, Benchmarking & Ecosystem Development
Work with the Centre for Strategic Partnerships and build strategic partnerships and leverage industry insights to enhance AI and technology learning through collaboration, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices.
Ø Foster a Continuous Learning Culture
Drive a culture of continuous learning and innovation by promoting AI adoption, enabling experimentation, and supporting knowledge-sharing through communities of practice.
What We’re Looking For
Ø Education & Certification:
Degree or higher in AI, data, technology, education, instructional design, or related disciplines. Candidates may come from either:
A strong AI / digital domain background with a keen interest in adult learning, facilitation, capability development, or professional training; or
A L&D background with strong exposure to AI and digital transformation
Having a certification in Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or related accreditation from the Institute of Adult Learning or SUSS is an advantage but not mandatory
Ø Experience:
Relevant work experience of at least 6 years
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and external partners
Ø Innovation & Citizen Development
Experience in driving innovation, digital experimentation, or citizen development initiatives within the organisation.
Ø Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities to influence and drive learning initiatives.
Ø Results Orientation
Results-driven team player focused on delivering measurable impact and contributing to organisational success.
