In this Role, you’ll get to

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global hotel chains across the APAC region. 
  • Negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and promotional programs to maximize revenue and margin. 
  • Drive distribution and connectivity initiatives by managing integrations with GDS (Global Distribution Systems), CRS (Central Reservation Systems), and PMS (Property Management Systems) to ensure seamless inventory, pricing, and booking flows across APAC hotel partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development, CSM to deliver integrated solutions. 
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform partnership strategy. 
  • Ensure timely onboarding and seamless integration of new hotel properties into Trip.Biz’s platform. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, resolving escalations and maintaining strong long-term relationships. 
  • Drive regional growth targets through proactive business development initiatives. 
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

What you'll Need to Succeed

  • University Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry (TMC, OTA, Hotel/Chain preferred)
  • Experience in Supplier Relations Management within the APAC region is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of global hotel chains and the APAC hospitality market. 
  • Detail-oriented with a fast-learning capacity.
  • Can-do attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adjust communication methods depending on the stakeholders.
  • Fluent in MS Office and related software for day-to-day operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. 
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
