Lead the end to end curation and development of SAFRA’s defence themed exhibitions and experiences, delivering turn key gallery projects and translating defence narratives into meaningful, engaging and accessible visitor experiences that strengthen NS appreciation and defence commitment.

Define exhibit themes, experience principles and content standards across galleries and showcases.

Develop and manage a pipeline of exhibitions and experience formats scalable across SAFRA platforms.

Lead full turn key delivery of gallery and exhibit projects, from concept, research, curation and design to installation and review.

Conduct content research, story acquisition, verification and narrative development with SAF units and partners.

Prepare design briefs and oversee agencies and vendors for fabrication and delivery.

Ensure governance of rights, provenance, consent and content approvals with proper documentation.

Design complementary programmes to enhance visitor experience and learning.

Implement survey research and feedback to assess learning, engagement and sentiment outcomes.

Collaborate with Defence Advocacy and Digital teams to ensure coherence across programme, experience and outreach.

Requirements

Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Strategic Studies, Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, Museum Studies, Education

At least 7 years of work experience and a strong track record in delivering content, exhibits, learning experiences or engagement platforms end to end

Experience in research, storytelling, stakeholder coordination and vendor or exhibit fabrication agency management

Familiarity with environments requiring content approval, governance and quality assurance; transferable experience welcomed

Strong curatorial thinking and storytelling, with expertise in experience design, research, and content development

Skilled in vendor and project management, with a disciplined approach to governance and compliance, and the ability to generate actionable insights through evaluation
