You won’t just be learning the finance industry; you will be learning how to build and scale a firm. You will work side-by-side with our Directors to master client acquisition, team recruitment, and the operational DNA of a successful wealth management agency.

What You’ll Own

Business Development: Identify market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our client base through strategic networking.

Portfolio Strategy: Conduct deep-dive financial reviews and present optimization strategies to high-net-worth clients.

Talent Acquisition & Leadership: Source, interview, and mentor new associates, building the foundation of your future management team.

Operations Oversight: Streamline agency workflows, ensuring that client servicing and administrative standards remain world-class.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between senior directors and the associate team to drive agency-wide KPIs.

Who You Are

Academic Background: Minimum Local Diploma / A-Level equivalent. (Private Diploma holders must possess a Degree).

Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to influence and inspire trust.

Eligibility: Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only; Minimum 21 years of age (Regulatory requirement).
