Role Overview
We are representing a renowned property developer and investor to recruit an Operations Manager for a retail shopping mall in Singapore. Reporting into the Centre Manager, this individual will act as the owner’s operational representative on the ground, ensuring the owner's standards and strategic goals are aligned and the successful candidate is will be embedded within the centre management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on operational oversight and support for a major upcoming CAPEX project at the mall.
Help mold, guide, and develop a newly established operations team.
Proactively identify gaps and implement new operational policies, frameworks, and best practices from the ground up.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the asset, focusing on potential enhancements and reinforcements.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of proven, hands-on experience in retail shopping centre, mall operations or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with the asset owner while maintaining a collaborative relationship.
A proactive mindset with a track record of introducing new policies and driving operational upgrades.
Receptive to new ideas and capable of challenging the status quo to stretch the team’s capabilities and improve overall asset performance.
