About the role

Kiat Lay Coldroom Specialist Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organised Maintenance Admin to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of our activities.

What you'll be doing

Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities and service requests

Maintaining detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory

Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents

Assisting with the implementation of maintenance policies and procedures

Providing customer service support and responding to inquiries

Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify areas for process improvements

Performing other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management environment

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of maintenance or facilities management processes and procedures would be an advantage

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
