Job Responsibilities

Setup, operate, and maintain conventional or CNC machines, including Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, Broaching, and related equipment.

Setup, operate, and maintain measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures for accurate inspection checks.

Perform simple troubleshooting of machines to maintain production efficiency.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Maintain accurate shop records and follow technical instructions.

Keep work areas, benches, and machinery tidy and organized.

Report any machine or tooling issues to the supervisor to prevent quality or safety issues.

Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 1–5 years of relevant machining experience in Precision Engineering, Metal, or Aerospace industries.

Proficient in operating manual and CNC lathe machines, grinding machines, VTL, and milling machines.

Strong understanding of machining processes and ability to read engineering drawings, including GD&T.

Hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments (verniers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, etc.).

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience and offer).

Overtime Pay applicable.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

7:30am – 4:48pm (Morning)

7:30pm – 4:48am (Night)
