Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting building / plant utilities, electrical systems, compressed air, plumbing, fire protection, and backup power systems.

Support facility operation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and project works.

Review maintenance schedules, service reports, work permits, and shutdown plans.

Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with statutory, EHS, and site procedures.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, including after-hours support when required.

Maintain accurate documentation, logs, inspection records, and maintenance reports.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience in building, facilities, industrial environments.

Ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance activities.

Understanding of safety, permit-to-work, and compliance requirements.

Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
