Key Responsibilities
Participate in project meetings and propose improvements when necessary
Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop effective solutions
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information
Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to ensure workflow remains on track
Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are updated, properly filed, and stored
Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters
Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues
Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget
Understand work sequences and project planning strategies
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Efficient, analytical, and able to work independently
Diploma / Degree / Master’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent from BCA-recognized institutions
Quantity surveying knowledge will be an added advantage
Experience in a marine construction company is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
