Job description for M&E Drafter (Electrical) at IGnesis Engineering Pte Ltd
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Mechanical & Electrical Services drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software throughout all stages of design with specialization in Electrical Services.
- Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models to a minimum LOD 300 standard.
- Coordinate drawings and BIM models with Architectural, Structural and other M&E disciplines.
- Assist engineers in preparing coordinated design documentation, Bill of Quantity (BQ) and drawing packages.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
- Ensure drawings comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Singapore standards and company drafting standards.
- Maintain drawing registers, BIM libraries and project documentation.
- Support engineers during authority submissions and construction stages where required.
