About the role
The Logistics Officer is responsible for inventory control, shipment coordination, warehouse operations, and preparation of shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Key responsibilities
Prepare shipping documents.
Coordinate shipment arrangements with the Sales team.
Manage stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
Perform data entry and generate relevant reports.
Prepare, pack, and set aside electronic components for shipment release.
Liaise with delivery personnel and freight forwarding companies to arrange shipments.
Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of warehouse inventory.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
About you
Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification; knowledge of electronic components will be an advantage.
Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP system will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, self-driven, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work overtime when required.
