About the role
The Assistant / Logistics Manager bridges strategic supply chain planning with day-to-day warehouse operations. You will oversee international shipping schedules, manage warehouse execution, enforce medical device storage standards, and optimize fulfillment pipelines across local healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, pharmacy chains like Guardian), B2C e-commerce platforms, and BUZUD retail showrooms.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments across air, sea, and express couriers.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin) for Singapore customs clearance.
Track shipments with 3PLs/forwarders, resolve transit delays, and update sales and procurement teams with accurate ETAs.
Oversee warehouse workflows for medical hardware and temperature-sensitive monitoring components (e.g., Continuous Glucose Monitors / CGMs, rapid test kits) to preserve cold-chain integrity.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate physical vs. ERP stock levels.
Manage stock replenishment for retail outlets, showroom transfers, and B2C e-commerce orders.
Maintain strict adherence to GDPMDS (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) standards and HSA (Health Sciences Authority) regulations.
Enforce lot, batch, and serial number tracking across all incoming and outgoing medical devices.
Report temperature excursions, damaged goods, or freight discrepancies, assisting quality teams with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) execution.
Coordinate distribution schedules supplying major local hospital networks, medical clinics, and pharmacy retail chains.
About you
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management (prior background in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience with HSA regulatory guidelines and GDPMDS certification processes.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong vendor management skills, high attention to detail for product traceability, and problem-solving abilities for transit delay resolutions.
