Salary Range: SGD 3,300 – 3,600/month (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.

About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Executive to oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations for project materials, from purchase order issuance to final site delivery. This role is critical in ensuring smooth shipment coordination, cost control, customs compliance, and timely delivery to support ongoing projects across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Project Materials Management – Manage ordering process from PO issuance to site delivery.
Cost Control – Negotiate and manage logistics and material costs effectively.
Shipment Coordination – Monitor deliveries with factories/vendors and liaise with carriers/freight forwarders.
Customs & Compliance – Ensure clearance procedures are completed and marine insurance matters handled.
Process Improvement – Review logistics processes and propose solutions for cost savings.
Reporting & Analysis – Prepare monthly reports and perform ad‑hoc cost analysis.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Forklift License is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Able to commence work within short notice.
