The Role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Logistics Crew Member holding a Class 3 or 4 Driving License. This isn't just a delivery job; you are a key pillar in ensuring that funeral arrangements are executed with the highest level of care, providing peace of mind to grieving families during their most difficult times.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics, Setup and Tear Down: Manage the transport, installation and tear down of floral arrangements, religious backdrops, and wake decor and equipment across various locations.

Efficiency: Ensure all items reach their destination punctually and are set up according to specific religious or family requirements.

Inventory Management: Maintain an organized warehouse, keeping accurate records of stock levels and equipment.

Maintenance: Take pride in the upkeep of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are clean and ready for service.

Professionalism: Serve as a respectful representative of the company, handling on-site problem-solving with a calm and proactive attitude.

Operational Support: Assist with general warehouse duties and teardowns as required by the operations team.

Job Requirements

License: Must hold a valid Class 3 or 4 Driving License (experience with heavy vehicles is bonus).

Commitment: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our clients.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable with manual labor, including loading/unloading heavy items and working in outdoor/non-air-conditioned environments.

Soft Skills: A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle tasks with sensitivity.
