KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including stringent security of the stores and inventory.

Ensure proper stock rotations and movement of goods as well as smooth receiving and deliveries of goods with proper documentation

Conduct periodic stock takes, cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

Manage total logistics cost with budget given.

Work with product and finance team to manage inbound of stocks, ensure efficient space management and smooth processes.

Supervise a team of warehouse personnel from outsourced logistics contractor to ensure proper work is carried according to SOP

Manage drivers including outsourced logistics contractors and delivery schedules

Implement effective warehousing managing system with proper housekeeping structure in place

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports including transport routing and inventory report

Streamline processes and drive strategies to continually improve in the layout and space management, storage, flow of goods and work organization of the warehouse

Enforce workplace safety practices and other regulatory compliances
