Job description for Logistics Assistant at RMS MARINE & OFFSHORE SERVICE PTE. LTD.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quotation. Finding logistics solution based on customer's requirements, offering quotation to sales.
- Prepare all documents including Delivery Note, Packing List, Performa Invoice for import & Export.
- Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange transportation.
- Keep records for incoming and outgoing goods with the date in & date out, supplier name and spare parts item description, item value, weight and dimension.
- Invoice closing after delivery.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of the spare parts import and export process, domestic and foreign express.
- Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.
- Experience in international forwarding, sea freight, airfreight operation.
- 3 years or above working experience in foreign trade import and export operation.
- Knowledge of MS- Office tools and ERP system.
