Job description for Logistics Admin at The Oaks Cellars Pte Ltd
Requirement:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
Min. 1 year experience in logistic
Responsiblities:
Handling documentation/custom permit and incoming shipping arrangement
Liaising with shipping companies and internal dept and ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods
Data Entry on daily delivery, purchasing order, sales invoices, filing documents etc
Attend to phone calls and coordinate with customers on enquiries
Stock-taking and any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Computer Skill required:
Proficiency in MS Office
Work Schedule:
Required to work 5.5 day per week. Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm
Salary Package:
SGD2600.00 and above.
