Job description for Lead, Park Operations at Resorts World Sentosa

The Lead of Park & Central Zone Operations is responsible for resolving guest issues, ensuring park cleanliness, show readiness, inventory management, events operations, and guiding the team in daily duties to contribute to the smooth operations and high standards of the Attractions.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to all guest situations and ensure appropriate resolution of the matter.

Attend to escalated guest concerns and address them in a friendly and approachable manner.

Provide assistance and work direction to team members, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork/reports, and work closely with Duty Managers and management team on monitoring workflow processes.

Ensure the show readiness of the parks to enhance guest experience.

Maintain the park cleanliness (including restrooms).

Supervise and deploy team members during shifts, including events such as Lake Hollywood Fireworks, Star Power Parade, etc.

Ensure that inventories are maintained at all times.

Oversee and assist with event set up and tear down including lifting and moving crowd control equipment before, during and after events.

Assist with crowd management during special/seasonal offerings or events, for example Halloween Horror Nights, Christmas, etc.

Assist with Special Events Operations such as seminars, weddings, company dinners, etc.

Inform Guests of event activities and provide directions as needed.

Key Requirements

GCE N Levels / O Levels / A Levels / ITE Certificate / Diploma in Tourism or a related field.

1 – 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Service oriented and enjoy interacting with people.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.

Good physical stamina and resilience, with the ability to assist with occasional lifting of up to 10kg of equipment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
