Job description for Lead Network Engineer at TECH-HIRE (S) PTE. LTD.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related fields.
- At least 9+ years of experience in networking.
- Must have experience in data center deployments, building large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge of network routing and switching concepts and protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, VLAN, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Should have automation experience on Linux and Networking.
- Should have scripting skills like Python and Bash.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems, and tools and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Experience with service provider network hardware platforms and architectures including routers/switches and data center switching platforms, is preferred (good to have).
- Experience with field-based work in datacenters.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
