Job description for Kitchen Supervisor at INDOCREATION FOODS PTE. LTD.
1. Possess a food officer hygiene certificate
2. Has preferably gone through a MUIS held Halal Certification class
3. Has minimum a Diploma Degree.
4. Experience in the culinary arts industry
5. Excellent knife skills.
6. You will need to be very good in negotiation as you will be in charge of dealing with current and new suppliers and get a favorable quote on supplies.
7. Identify logistic issues and rectify them where necessary
8. Hire, train new recruitments where necessary
9. 100% fluent in English
10. Is able to apply work passes if needed
11. contract preparation with our current suppliers and new employees when needed.
12. Preparation of daily account works and some knowledge in accounting is highly preferred.
13. is able to work overtime.
14. Working on Public Holidays and Weekends is necessary.
15. Is able to process anywhere between 200-500kgs of Raw Chicken in a day along with other vegetable based products.
16. Is able to prepare a complete Risk Management Assessment report.
17. Has knife skills and is able to process raw meat as and when needed.
18. Possesses the knowledge of handling and storage of raw meat frozen or thawed and other vegetable based items.
19. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relative field.
