Clear used plates from dining tables and self-return tray area
Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils
Clean pots, pans and glassware
Weekly cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g. refrigerator, ice machine etc.)
Keep dishwashing equipment clean and report for any functional or mechanical problem promptly
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the working areas
Assist with other F&B duties when required
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines
🔎 What You Bring:
Physically fit to lift, bend and reach
Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hours
Possess Food Safety Level 1 certificate will be of an advantage
