Kitchen Designer – Roles & Responsibilities

Design modular kitchens and related interior solutions based on client requirements, space planning, and budget.

Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and functional requirements.

Prepare detailed kitchen layouts, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Create 3D designs and presentations; experience with Winner Design Software is an added advantage.

Present designs confidently to clients and explain materials, finishes, accessories, and appliances.

Handle end-to-end sales process, including quotations, negotiations, order closure, and coordination with the sales team.

Maintain accurate design documentation, BOQs, and pricing details.

Coordinate with production, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom at all times.

Display and maintain kitchen samples, catalogs, and design displays in a presentable manner.

Keep up to date with latest kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries or design revisions professionally.

Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance when required.

Follow company standards, design guidelines, and sales procedures.
