Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic food preparation and strictly adhere to company’s Food preparation standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance to Food safety, Hygiene and Sanitation standards
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
- Maintaining and upkeeping of kitchen equipment
- Work closely with Restaurant In charge to manage the inventory (which include stocktaking and ordering)
- Any other tasks as required
