Key Responsibilities
1. Handle basic food preparation and strictly adhere to company’s Food preparation standard operating procedures.
2. Ensure compliance to Food safety, Hygiene and Sanitation standards
3. Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
4. Maintaining and upkeeping of kitchen equipment
5. Work closely with Restaurant In charge to manage the inventory (which include stocktaking and ordering)
6. Any other tasks as required
