Location: Cafe at South Bridge Road / Teck Chye Terrace, Singapore

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards

* Assist with food preparation, portioning and ingredient stocking

* Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment

* Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs

* Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisors of shortages

* Work closely with Front of House team to ensure smooth service

* Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

* Support the team during peak service periods

* Previous kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not required
