Key Responsibilities

Support smooth kitchen operations during service periods
Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation and storage
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
Experience in izakaya kitchen operations preferred
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work well in a team
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
