Junior Field Service Technician

Job Description & Requirements

• On-site servicing, maintenance and installation works at client's site
• Repair and fault rectification on equipment
• Support in preparation of equipment (before delivery) & delivery
• Assisting in Service Centre activities
• Ability to diagnose fault to component level
• Support in-house and field service job
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year(s) experience in relevant field
• Good communication, independent, committed, full of initiative, meticulous, good customer service
• Entry-level are welcome but must have willing-to-learn attitude
• Driving license (Class 2 and/or Class 3/4 manual)
• Able to work overtime (Saturday) when required
• Can start work immediately
