Responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction. Support daily technical operations at customer sites, perform equipment diagnostics, and assist with machine setup, upgrades, and process improvements. Work closely with senior engineers and customers to provide effective technical support while maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites

Perform machine setup, modification, servicing, and preventive maintenance

Support technical troubleshooting and process development activities

Assist senior engineers with advanced technical tasks such as robot teaching and sub-unit servicing

Prepare technical reports and documentation

Attend weekly meetings and technical presentations

Handle specific jigs and tools during service operations

Provide on-site customer support to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction

Perform standby duties, shift work, and ad-hoc assignments when required

Support delivery and operational activities as assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics Engineering

Cleanroom working experience is an advantage

Knowledge in machine installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment

Willing to travel and work irregular hours when required
