RequirementsPreferred QualificationsMandatory Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of Java Backend Development experience
✅ Mandarin reading ability and basic Mandarin communication skills
✅ Experience with Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, and Redis

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, and deliver business requirements.

Design, develop, and maintain web scraping systems to collect and process data from various online sources.

Build and enhance RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to improve operational efficiency and automate business workflows.

Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure platform stability and scalability.

Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software architecture, and common design patterns.

Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Redis, Kafka, and related backend technologies.

Able to read Chinese documents and communicate in basic Mandarin to support collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience in developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices architectures.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production systems.

Experience in Web Scraping, Data Collection, or Crawling Frameworks.

Experience with RPA tools, workflow automation, or process automation projects.

Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and high-concurrency applications.

Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
