About the role

As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's technology infrastructure and providing exceptional IT support to our employees. This full-time position is based in the Gul Circle West Region and will involve a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

What you'll be doing

Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Installing, configuring, repairing and maintaining desktop computers, servers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment

Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of business applications and software

Responding to IT-related inquiries and requests from employees in a timely and efficient manner

Documenting IT processes and procedures to improve overall system efficiency

Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement new technologies that enhance productivity and security

Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business software

Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals

Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
