Job description for IT Support Executive (5 Days) at JAC Recruitment

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Executive to support office operations, retail outlets, and digital platforms. This role offers a broad scope, combining IT support, POS and system support, e‑commerce operations, and marketing assistance within a fast‑paced retail and F&B environment.


Working Location: Clementi, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM


Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Systems

Provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

Perform routine security checks, antivirus updates, and system diagnostics.

Act as the Data Protection Officer (PDPA-related duties).

Maintain IT documentation, including PC inventory and system/network diagrams.

Assist with procurement of IT equipment and accessories.

Conduct basic IT security awareness and user training.

Handle ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned.

POS & Inventory Systems

Support the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS, e‑commerce, and inventory systems.

Coordinate with external solution vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.

E‑Commerce & Customer Support

Maintain and update e‑commerce product listings.

Respond to customer and supplier enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.

Support order processing, delivery coordination, and liaise with internal kitchen/packing teams when required.

Marketing & Promotion Support (Approx. 50%)

Assist in planning and executing marketing promotions with suppliers and outlet teams.

Prepare POP materials, price cards, menus, and promotional materials.

Support website and social media content updates.

Conduct basic market research and propose new products or suppliers.

Explore and support digital marketing and online advertising initiatives.

Reporting & Outlet Support

Assist in preparing monthly sales and performance reports (retail, dining, delivery, promotions).

Conduct outlet visits and prepare visit reports when required.


Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience.

ITE or Diploma qualification is acceptable.

Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory systems, and e‑commerce platforms.

Experience with Microsoft LS, Business Central, and SharePoint is highly preferred.

Experience supporting system migration or coordinating with system vendors is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Comfortable communicating with outlet managers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Willing to travel to outlets when required.

Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
