As an IT Service Engineer – Digital, you will be involved in installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and end-user support for healthcare equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:
Report to Engineering Manager
Attend daily service calls from clinics and institutions
Perform pre-installation planning, installation, calibration, training to end users.
Assists with NEA licensing and regulatory issues/ inspection for customers
Arrange preventive maintenance appointments with clinics, perform preventive maintenance according to contract and follow up with renewal of preventive maintenance
Submit job sheets to Engineering Manager on next working day after attending service request
Submit spare parts order to Engineering Manager weekly or ad hoc for immediate and indent order parts.
Update service portal (log call or fulfill call) after attending service request
Assist with delivery/ collection of loan equipment for Engineering Department if you are using company van
Comply to duty roaster for standby during after office hours job ( allowance will be paid)
Any reasonable task assign by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of networking principles, VPNs and basic network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of data backup, storage solutions and data privacy standards relevant to healthcare
Able to provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring a positive experience.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Need to travel to various dental practices for on- site support and training.
Previous experience working with dental imaging software or devices will be advantage
Class 3 license (company transport will be provided)
