Role Summary: 

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintaining robust master data management solutions to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

System implementation & maintenance: Design, configure and maintain Master Data Management solutions in the organizational data governance policies. Perform regular system updates, patches and performance tuning to optimize MDM performance. 

Data Governance & quality: Monitor and improve data quality metrics, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. 

Development & Integration: Integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and status monitoring to establish a robust system for management and adjustment. 

Cross Function collaboration: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database tools adhere to standard and meet goals. 

Continuous Improvement: Drive the implementation of processes towards achieving 100% automation and 0% deviation escape goals in the 12-inch Fab. 

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:   

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Information Technology or a related field. 

Minimum 1 year related experience in Master Data Management background 

Strong understanding of semiconductor technology. 

Knowledge of SPC, FDC, CIM, Full Automation, and Quality Management. 

Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java, or Python. 

Proficiency in CIM systems.
