Job description for IT Business Process Consultant at Bank Mandiri
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues, provide hardware/software troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining internal systems and applications, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of systems
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal systems to support operational needs
- Assist in testing and implementing new software tools and updates related to reporting and user support
- Monitor IT systems and services to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
- Prepare regular reports on system status, support metrics, and operational efficiencies for management review
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices
- Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities in systems and processes
- Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, testing BCP/DRC and rollouts
- Contribute ideas and feedback during project planning and implementation
- Assist in technical documentation and updating of IT SOPs
- Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Supervisor/Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or related field
- Experience in IT business analysis, solution development, and testing
- Possess good service attitude, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiples tasks/projects
