Job Responsibilities:

·       Meet clients to understand project requirements, brief, budget, and timeline

·       Attend and lead client meetings, presentations, and design reviews

·       Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material palettes

·       Prepare design drawings, layouts, and specifications for tender and construction

·       Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

·       Manage FF&E selection, schedules, and procurement coordination

·       Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality control

·       Respond to site queries, shop drawings, and material submissions

·       Present design proposals and revisions to clients clearly and professionally

·       Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements

·       Open to working on Saturdays, off-in-lieu would be the following Monday

Desired Attributes:

·       Minimum 2 years of experience

·       Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

·       Good presentation and client-facing skills
