Job Summary

Prepare and produce accurate shop, as-built, and construction drawings to meet project requirements. Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables and support smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings aligned with project specifications
• Review and clarify client or consultant drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Deliver required drawings on time to meet project schedules
• Verify drawing accuracy and compliance throughout the drafting process
• Match drawings and measurements to actual installations at project sites
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements to gather precise data
• Generate accurate cut lists for material procurement and inspect delivered materials at project sites
• Submit weekly progress reports promptly to track project status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD software for drafting and design tasks
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Sketch-Up software is advantageous
• Familiarity with other design software is a plus
• Professional certification, diploma, or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields
• 1–2 years of drafting experience with strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to collaborate with associates
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Result-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
