Job Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and 3D perspectives

Develop design concepts, space planning, and material selections

Produce detailed construction drawings and submission documents

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams

Conduct site measurements, inspections, and project coordination

Ensure designs comply with project requirements and local regulations

Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring

Support tender, costing, and material specification works when required.

Requirements:

1.    Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

2.    Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, or related software

3.    Knowledge of construction detailing and interior fit-out works

4.    Good communication and coordination skills

5.    Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

6.    Relevant experience in construction or interior fit-out industry preferred.
