We are a newly established interior design and renovation company in Singapore, focusing on residential and commercial renovation projects.

我们是一家新加坡新成立的室内设计与装修公司，主要承接住宅及商业装修项目。

We are looking for an Interior Designer to support client communication, space planning, design proposals, drawings, material selection and basic project coordination.

现招聘一位室内设计师，负责客户沟通、空间规划、设计方案、图纸制作、材料选择及基础项目协调工作。

· Meet clients to understand renovation requirements, budget, timeline and design preferences.
与客户沟通装修需求、预算、时间安排及设计方向。

· Conduct site visits and measurements where required.
根据项目需要进行现场考察及量房。

· Prepare space planning, design proposals, AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models.
负责空间规划、设计方案、AutoCAD 图纸及 SketchUp 模型。

· Assist with material selection, presentation materials and project documents.
协助材料选择、方案汇报资料及项目文件整理。

· Assist with renovation quotations and cost-related information where required.
根据需要协助整理装修报价及成本相关资料。

· Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams on design-related matters.
就设计相关事项与客户、供应商、分包商及现场团队沟通协调。

· Follow up on basic site progress, defects and handover matters where applicable.
根据项目需要，协助跟进基础现场进度、缺陷整改及交付事项。

· Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline.
室内设计、室内建筑、建筑或相关专业文凭 / 学位。

· Relevant experience in interior design or renovation projects.
具备室内设计或装修项目相关经验。

· Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
熟练使用 AutoCAD 和 SketchUp。

· Knowledge of Photoshop, 3D rendering tools or presentation software will be an advantage.
如会 Photoshop、3D 效果图软件或方案汇报软件更佳。

· Able to communicate with clients, suppliers and project teams.
能够与客户、供应商及项目团队沟通。

· Familiarity with Singapore residential or commercial renovation processes will be an advantage.
熟悉新加坡住宅或商业装修流程者更佳。

· Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
有责任心、注重细节，并愿意学习。

Able to communicate in English for general work coordination.

需要能够使用英文进行日常工作沟通。

Basic Mandarin communication skills are required for job-related communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site workers where applicable.

同时需要具备基本华语沟通能力，以便在需要时与讲华语的客户、供应商、分包商及现场工人进行项目沟通。

· Monthly salary: SGD 3,000 – 4,500
月薪：SGD 3,000 – 4,500

· Project bonus / design commission may be discussed
