Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiry

• Advisor on space planning, layout and interior aesthetics

• Mood Board Proposals

• Develop design briefs and operational work schedule briefs

• Provide Quotation

• Work closely with the visualisation team on 3D design drawings when necessary

• Discussion with clients to propose and explain design brief

• Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors

• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure quality workmanship are achieved

Requirements:

only Singaporeans & Permanent Residents are welcome to apply

Non-Singaporeans & Permanent Residents are not qualified

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Strong ownership and proactive in learning

Able to work independently and in teams

Highly self-motivated with strong personal drive

Proficient in Illustration, AutoCAD or Sketchup is preferred but not compulsory
