Company Overview
We manufacture of Cable Containment Systems and electrical products, seeking a team player to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team by responding promptly to daily customer enquiries to maintain service quality
Assist project management by preparing documentation and completing routine administrative tasks accurately
Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution
Process customer orders by verifying details for accuracy and completeness before confirmation
Provide order confirmations and communicate proactively with customers to resolve any order discrepancies
Ensure billing complies with agreed payment terms and conditions to maintain financial accuracy
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to track and ensure timely order fulfillment
Manage filing systems, prepare necessary documents, schedule appointments, and handle incoming calls professionally
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to support team operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or equivalent education
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications to support daily tasks
Experience or knowledge in administration or customer service to enhance operational efficiency
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player with a responsible attitude

Location: Eco-tech @ Sunview Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary Package: Up to $2,500
