Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with owner groups and B2B clients in Singapore, while promoting the Gree brand and building long-term partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with owner groups, MEP consultants, and main consultants to understand project requirements and provide support to the business team.
- Develop and maintain cooperation for government procurement projects and support Gree’s entry into government procurement systems.
- Collect and analyze industry information, including market size, development trends, customer segments, customer needs, and solution offerings.
- Participate in key project relationship management and project follow-up to ensure smooth progress and successful project closing.
- Manage and empower the B2B team by developing promotion strategies for owner groups, MEPs, and consultants to improve sales performance.
- Enhance brand awareness and market competitiveness through stakeholder engagement, promotional activities, and industry events to drive business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in project sales, ideally within the HVAC or broader building services industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and their applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
