We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving the company’s people strategy, supporting business growth, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Strategize and oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes

Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, and HR reporting

Manage employee relations matters and advise business unit heads on HR-related issues and best practices

Facilitate annual performance appraisals, goal-setting exercises, and compensation review proposals

Review, enhance, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with the Company’s business objectives

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, HR regulations, and MOM requirements

Mentor and coach team members to promote employee growth, development, and engagement

Handle all other HR operational and administrative matters as assigned by Management

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in HRM or other relevant qualification (IHRP certified would be advantageous)

At least 5 years of human resource experience in an equivalent role

Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills

Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and create strategic partnerships

Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act and MOM procedures

Uphold integrity and maintain high degree of professionalism

Able to write and speak English with great fluency

Able to work in fast paced & dynamic environment
