MASE E&C Pte Ltd is looking for a high-calibre HR Leader to drive and transform our HR operations across our construction projects. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is confident managing large, multicultural workforces.

What You Will Be Leading:

Full spectrum of HR operations across multiple construction sites

Strategic manpower planning, workforce optimization, and deployment

Work pass management and strict compliance with MOM regulations

Complex employee relations, disciplinary cases, and on-ground HR issues

Development of HR policies, systems, and process improvements

Close partnership with senior management and project teams

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 5 years proven experience as an HR Manager (mandatory)

Strong background in construction, marine, or industrial sectors

Deep knowledge of Singapore employment laws and work pass framework

A hands-on leader who is not afraid to be on-site and solve real problems

Strong decision-maker with the ability to handle pressure and ambiguity

Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
