Job Description
BLCK Hospitality is a growing multi-outlet nightlife group operating multiple venues across Singapore. We are focused on strengthening our operations, improving team structure, and building the right foundation for long-term growth.
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to oversee recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and staff administration across our outlets. You will work closely with management to improve staff structure, operational discipline, and day-to-day people management across the group.

Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for outlet operations and HQ support roles
* Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding processes
* Build and maintain hiring pipelines for service staff, bartenders, and management roles
* Manage employment contracts, staff records, and HR documentation
* Handle onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and probation tracking
* Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, SP, EP) across all outlets
* Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and staff administration
* Ensure MOM compliance, CPF, and employment regulations
* Coordinate monthly payroll inputs — commissions, incentives, deductions, attendance
* Liaise with finance team to ensure payroll accuracy across all outlets
* Serve as first point of contact for staff-related matters and workplace issues
* Support management in disciplinary matters and operational HR decisions
* Assist in implementing and improving SOPs, HR systems, and reporting workflows

Requirements
* 3–6 years HR or operations experience
* Nightlife, bar, or hospitality background preferred
* Experience hiring service staff or bartenders at volume
* Good working knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements
* Hands-on experience with work pass applications and renewals
* Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) — preferred. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
* Comfortable with evening or weekend outlet visits during peak periods
* Organised, hands-on, and effective in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
* Experience with payroll or HR systems an advantage
